Fondo pensione Priamo: selezione gestori finanziari

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione del Fondo Priamo - Fondo Pensione Complementare a Capitalizzazione per i Lavoratori Addetti ai Servizi di Trasporto Pubblico e per i Lavoratori dei Settori Affini – iscritto all’albo dei Fondi Pensione Negoziali con il numero 139, visto il rendimento medio annuo atteso degli investimenti mobiliari, valutata l’attuale ripartizione fra le varie classi di investimento, ha ritenuto utile al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del Fondo ed al perseguimento di una efficiente combinazione rischio/rendimento inserire in portafoglio le seguenti componenti:

1. EUROPEAN EQUITIES:           small & mid caps quotate su borse paneuropee, incluso                            Regno Unito, Paesi Scandinavi e Svizzera;

                                               taglio istituzionale.

1. CONVERTIBLE BONDS:                     emissioni obbligazionarie convertibili;

                                               taglio istituzionale.

A tal fine, nella seduta del 20 ottobre 2015, ha deliberato di dare inizio al procedimento di selezione dei soggetti cui affidare l’incarico di gestione finanziaria di tali parti delle risorse del Fondo, ai sensi delle disposizioni vigenti, avvalendosi del supporto del proprio Advisor, Sebastiaan Schrikker della Link Institutional Advisory Sagl di Lugano, Svizzera.

Al 30 ottobre u.s. l’attivo patrimoniale del Fondo ammontava a 1.268 milioni di Euro.

I gestori interessati, dovranno accettare che le convenzioni sottoscritte siano regolate esclusivamente dalla legge italiana e che, per ogni eventuale controversia, sia competente il Foro di Roma. Inoltre, essi dovranno essere idonei a soddisfare i requisiti di cui all’art.6 del D.Lgs.252/2005: tale condizione dovrà essere stata acquisita al momento della stipula della convenzione. Non saranno ammesse deleghe di gestione a terzi esterni al gruppo di appartenenza.

La valutazione dei questionari da scaricarsi dal sito www.fondopriamo.it condurrà alla creazione di una short list. I gestori che entreranno nella short list saranno singolarmente auditi dal Fondo Priamo e dal suo Advisor, per approfondimenti ulteriori rispetto ai questionari.

I questionari dovranno pervenire al Fondo Priamo, Via Marcantonio Colonna, 7, 00192 Roma, all’attenzione del direttore, dott.ssa Alessandra Galieni, entro le ore 12.00 (CET) del giorno 15/01/2016, in busta chiusa con dicitura esterna chiaramente evidenziata “INVESTMENT MANAGER SEARCH”, contenente due copie cartacee, siglate in ogni pagina e sottoscritte, e due copie su due distinti supporti informatici (USB o CD), facendo attenzione, previa esclusione dal bando, a non inserire alcun riferimento all’offerta economica.

L'offerta economica per il mandato in assegnazione, da presentare compilando debitamente la scheda relativa alle commissioni di gestione, dovrà obbligatoriamente essere formulata come una commissione omnicomprensiva fissa, espressa in percentuale commisurata al patrimonio in gestione, con eventuale scalettatura (come presente nella scheda).

L’offerta economica, previa esclusione dal bando, dovrà essere presentata in busta chiusa, separata dalle altre, recante dicitura "Offerta economica".

Il Fondo si riserva il diritto di non avviare nuovi mandati qualora, a suo insindacabile giudizio, le risposte alla presente richiesta pubblica non siano ritenute soddisfacenti.

The Board of Directors of Fondo Priamo – Fondo Pensione Complementare a Capitalizzazione per i Lavoratori Addetti ai Servizi di Trasporto Pubblico e per i Lavoratori dei Settori Affini (registration number 139) – having considered the average yearly expected return of investments and the current asset allocation, deems useful, for the achievement of the Fund’s objectives and for the continuation of an efficient risk/return combination, to insert in the Portfolio the following components:

1. EUROPEAN EQUITIES:               small- & mid- caps listed on Pan-European Stock                                                   Exchanges, incl. United Kingdom, Scandinavian                                                            countries and Switzerland; institutional size.

1. CONVERTIBLE BONDS:              convertible bonds; institutional size.

To this end, in the meeting of the 20^th of October 2015, the Board of Directors has decided to start the proceedings for the selection of the candidates to whom entrust the management of the allocated resources of the Fund, in accordance with current dispositions. The Fund will be assisted by its Advisor: Mr. Sebastiaan Schrikker of Link Institutional Advisory Sagl.  

At value date 30^th of October the assets of the Fund total €1,268 billions.

Interested Investment Managers shall accept that the agreement entered between the parties will be regulated exclusively by Italian Law, with jurisdiction of the court of Rome. Furthermore, they shall be suitable for satisfying the provisions of art. 6 of the Italian Legislative Decree 252/2005: the above mentioned condition shall be acquired at the moment the management agreement is being pledged. Investment management activities delegated to third parties external to the group will not be accepted.

The assessment of the questionnaires, which may be downloaded from the website www.fondopriamo.it, will lead to the short-listing of the candidates. Those included in the short-list will be interviewed individually by Priamo and its Advisor, in reference to further details concerning the mentioned questionnaires.

The questionnaires shall be addressed to Fondo Priamo, Via Marcantonio Colonna, 7, 00192 Rome - Italy, to the attention of Mrs Alessandra Galieni, the Director of Priamo. Closing time for the applications is Friday, 15^th of January 2016 at 12.00 (CET). Questionnaires must be sent in a sealed envelope, with the following writing clearly visible: “INVESTMENT MANAGER SEARCH”, containing two duly signed paper copies and two copies on two separate USB devices or CDs. Please be aware that no mention of the management fees should be made on these documents, penalty being the exclusion from the selection process.

The management fee proposals for the mandates object of the offers shall be formulated, by duly answering the management fee sheet, as a fixed, all-encompassing rate expressed as a percentage of the assets under management (range brackets). The management fee proposals must be provided in a separate sealed envelope with the writing “Offerta Economica”.

The Fund reserves the right not to start the new mandates if, at its own unquestionable judgement, the results of the present search shall not be considered satisfying.
